Whangārei Heads and the eastern coast
Parua Bay, Pataua, Whangārei Heads, Ngunguru, Tutukaka, Matapōuri and Oakura, roughly twenty minutes to an hour from town. Salt air and exposure drive the choice of timber treatment, fixings and roofing here, and Owen builds for it.

West and north of Whangārei
Maungatapere, about fifteen minutes west, and Hikurangi, about fifteen minutes north, with lifestyle blocks where timber sheds, carports and roofing are the common jobs. Dargaville and the Bay of Islands are further and have their own pages.

Ruakākā, One Tree Point and Waipū are about half an hour south; Mangawhai about fifty minutes. Holiday homes and new subdivisions here mean decks, outdoor living and roofing work, and the drive is priced in.

Further out

Do you charge for travel outside Whangārei?
Travel is priced into the job rather than added as a separate charge, and Owen plans work days to make longer drives count. Include your location in the enquiry.
Is there anywhere you do not go?
Owen prices work up to about an hour and a half from Whangārei. Beyond that, ask; it depends on the job.
